King Abdulaziz Quality Award, in its sixth edition under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, saw the presence of His Royal Highness the Prince of Riyadh, several ministers, and esteemed dignitaries. The award ceremony recognized and honored 23 distinguished entities from both the public and private sectors. One of the Gexpo highlights for this project was the meticulous planning of the award ceremony, including the announcement of the winners and how to honor them and receive awards on stage.

The 26th Meeting of the Olympic and Paralympic Committee, chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, Minister of Sports, and Chairman of the Committee, was attended by His Highnesses, Excellencies, and members of the General Assembly. With the participation of 99 Saudi sports unions, committees, and leagues, one of the prominent roles of G-Expo in this project is coordinating and organizing the meetings and welcoming dignitaries.

Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, in collaboration with the Communications and Space Technology Authority, the 9th ICT Indicators Forum 2023 was held. It was attended by His Excellencies and a distinguished group of global information and communication technology experts. One of the key roles of G-Expo in this event is coordinating with 34 local and international speakers and providing all logistical services, including visa issuance, flights, accommodation, securing session moderators, and offering technological ideas that reflect the forum's identity.

Design and execution of the Saudi Tourism Development Fund Pavilion at the 2023 Biban Exhibition held in Riyadh. The pavilion, consisting of two floors, was designed and built in an incredibly short period, not exceeding 6 working days. The pavilion concept reflects the vision of the Fund, seamlessly merging the identity of the Biban Exhibition with the Fund's own identity. It also showcased innovative technological ideas and distributed heritage gifts to visitors, highlighting the Kingdom's identity. The pavilion featured meeting rooms, a platform for signing agreements, and a display area for the Fund's projects and programs. The pavilion was awarded the Best Design prize at the 2023 exhibition.

DescriptiThe Digitalhe patronage of His Excellency, the Minister of Communications and Information Technology and Chairman of the CST, the 3rd edition of the Digital Technology Forum was held to emphasize the primary themes in the technology sector, particularly the advancement of promising software. One of the pivotal responsibilities of G-Expo in this event is to coordinate with 25 local and international speakers and provide comprehensive logistical support. This includes visa procurement, flight arrangements, accommodation, securing session moderators, executing the accompanying exhibition, facilitating signed agreements booth, and presenting innovative technological concepts that resonate with the forum's identity.on goes here

The Fifth International Conference for Mass Medicine was held under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, at the Hilton Hotel for three days. The conference was attended by 250 international and local specialized speakers. The company's strength lay in securing over 600 hotel rooms in a 5-star hotel for speakers and conference guests, issuing visas and tickets for 189 international speakers from 47 countries in both tourist and business classes, in addition to providing airport reception and transportation services to and from the hotel.

Gexpo, in collaboration with the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) and the World Economic Forum, organized the second Saudi Industrial Revolution Forum at the KACST headquarters in Riyadh. The event attracted distinguished thought leaders and decision-makers from various countries.

The company's organized inaugural Sustainable Agriculture Forum, graced by the presence and sponsorship of His Excellency the Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, alongside various dignitaries. Its responsibilities encompassed crafting the forum's visual identity and application guide, liaising with speakers, coordinating with 64 local and international speakers, and overseeing all logistical aspects, including visa facilitation, business class flight arrangements, VIP reception, transportation logistics, and the promotion of the accompanying exhibition, resulting in the engagement of 47 exhibitors.

Their collective presence underscored the significance and global reach of the meeting, bringing together influential figures from various corners of the world.
