Showcasing the pulse of Saudi creativity, SNEAK ME gathers the kingdom's brightest in fashion and design. This vibrant event offers a platform for innovative designers to share their passion for contemporary style and culture, captivating Riyadh with the latest trends and avant-garde ideas.

Launched by the Fashion Commission, the Saudi 100 Brands Fashion Exhibition required Gexpo’s expert and creative approach to design and execute a space gathering 170 designers showcasing their designs under one roof. We coordinated with the designers’ teams and management to handle all operations and logistic services, making a seamless experience for both exhibitors and visitors and created a targeted marketing, communication, and PR strategy to create awareness of Saudi designers and secure wide media coverage to promote the event locally, regionally and globally.

This extraordinary event, seamlessly orchestrated by Gexpo, showcased the power and creativity of Arab fashion and entrepreneurship on a grand scale, gathering more than 275 talented designers from different Arab countries. With meticulous attention to detail, we expertly navigated the complexities of visa processing, handled flight reservations, and guaranteed a seamless travel experience for 150 exhibitors coming from outside the Kingdom with a total of 1350 hotel nights reserved.

Our expertise was evident in our management of Riyadh City Boulevard's Holiday on Ice performance. Our diligent planning extended to stage construction, AVL equipment, travel, accommodation, and performer support, resulting in an extraordinary event. We flawlessly handled airport logistics, ensuring smooth transfers for performers. Prioritizing sustenance, we provided nourishing meals, and our thoughtfully organized coffee breaks offered moments of rejuvenation and camaraderie. Beyond the stage, we curated enchanting sightseeing tours, allowing performers to explore Riyadh's historical treasures and Saudi Arabia's rich culture.

Gexpo played a pivotal role in orchestrating RUSH, a premier electronic gaming festival in the GCC, set against the backdrop of Riyadh Season. Gexpo's turnkey project management approach ensured the success of the event, from curating technical details for seamless gameplay to managing partnerships and rights for game and IP owners. We organized online and offline gaming tournaments, celebrated cosplayers, and brought esteemed gaming celebrities to engage with attendees.
